Pro Tips To Make Bathtime Less Stressful

Pro Tips to make bath time less stressful for your pet:

  • Use the right temperature water. Too hot or too cold will be unpleasant. Test it on your wrist or forearm and use the same temperature you would for a human baby.
  • When it comes to lathering start with the legs and work your way up.
  • Make it enjoyable with lots of praise and treats.
  • Be gentle around sensitive areas like the face & ears. Use a cotton ball or washcloth to avoid getting soap in eyes.
  • Use shampoo formulated just for pets to keep their skin healthy.
  • Don't bathe too often- most dogs only need a bath every few months.
