Beautiful images happen anywhere the bond is real. Some of my favorite sessions have been in backyards, on familiar trails, in the places you two already call yours.

That said, the right location adds something. Good light, breathing room, space for a dog to settle in and just be themselves. Below are a few of my favorites around North Idaho and the Coeur d'Alene area... each one a little different, all of them worth knowing about.
